LUNCH- 1:00 PM To 1:30 PM | ROTI/SAMBHAR/SABJI / DAL/NORMAL VEGETERIAN FOOD TO BE TAKEN |
EVENING 4:00 PM | ALEOVERA JUICE (4 Tsp)/ AMLA JUICE (4 Tsp) / METHI POWDER (1/2 Tsp) / JEERA POWDER (1/2 Tsp) /AJWAIN POWDER (1/2 Tsp)/ BLACK PEPPER POWDER (1/8 Tsp) with 1/2 Cup of Lukewarm water. |
DINNER- 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM | VEGETABLE SOUP/STEAMED VEGETABLE/SPROUTS / STEAMED FOOD (IDLI, DOSA, UPMA) (Method of Preparation Of Vegetable SOUP) 2 Glass of cut/Chopped Vegetable + 6 Glasses of Water in a vessel, add pinch of salt and pepper for taste, Boil and reduce to 2 glass, filter it, intake the soup. (Do not squeeze vegetable, discard the vegetable after filtration). |
