WAKE UP- 5:30 AM Mix 2 glasses of lukewarm water with 1 Tsp Ginger juice all together, drink it empty stomach. Walk for 5 to 10 min. Then do daily routine work like going the toilet, brushing teeth etc.
WALKING IN THE MORNING - 6:30 AM to 7:00 AM Brisk Walking should be done Daily
BREAKFAST- 7:30AM FRUIT or GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLE SALAD (Only one Variety of Fruit to be taken at a Time)
MORNING 10 AM 1 Tomato + 1 Cucumber + 1 Bitter gourd + 10 Neem Leaves + 10 Tulsi Leaves Put in a mixer Grinder, take out Juice and consume it after filtering it.
LUNCH- 1:00 PM To 1:30 PM ROTI/SAMBHAR/SABJI / DAL/NORMAL VEGETERIAN FOOD TO BE TAKEN
EVENING 4:00 PM ALEOVERA JUICE (4 Tsp)/ AMLA JUICE (4 Tsp) / METHI POWDER (1/2 Tsp) / JEERA POWDER (1/2 Tsp) /AJWAIN POWDER (1/2 Tsp)/ BLACK PEPPER POWDER (1/8 Tsp) with 1/2 Cup of Lukewarm water.
DINNER- 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM VEGETABLE SOUP/STEAMED VEGETABLE/SPROUTS / STEAMED FOOD (IDLI, DOSA, UPMA) (Method of Preparation Of Vegetable SOUP) 2 Glass of cut/Chopped Vegetable + 6 Glasses of Water in a vessel, add pinch of salt and pepper for taste, Boil and reduce to 2 glass, filter it, intake the soup. (Do not squeeze vegetable, discard the vegetable after filtration).
SLEEP-10PM 6-8 HOURS OF SLEEP
